Titleist Tour Van is Coming to Fieldstone!

Your chance to be fit by the fitters who fit the Tour Players!

Have you ever wondered who fits the PGA and LPGA Tour players and what process they go through?  Well this is your chance.  The Titleist Tour Van is coming to Fieldstone on Saturday, July 13th!  This once in a lifetime opportunity is being offered to you the membership of Fieldstone.  Only (6) 1 hour appointments are available, 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM, 2:30 PM, and 3:30 PM.  Don't delay, call the golf shop and book your appointment today.  All clubs will be built onsite this day and ready to use the day of your fitting!

This event will not be like a regular Fieldstone demo day where you can come out and hit clubs if you do not have an appointment.  Appointments must be made and will be taken on a first come first serve basis.  The cost for a fitting will be $100 which will be reduced to $50 if you end up purchasing any recommended clubs from your fitting.  This is the first time the Van has been on the East Coast of the United States and their is no telling when it may return again .

Ping and Mizuno Demo Day

This Friday, October 5th from 2:00pm to 6:00pm Fieldstone Golf Club will host a joint demo day with both Ping and Mizuno.  Both manufacturers will have their latest and greatest equipment for trial and testing.  For those of you seeking the ultimate in forgiveness from your irons the golf professional staff strongly suggests trying the new Mizuno JPX 800 HD irons.  For those seeking more distance off the tee and from the fairway we strongly suggest trying Ping's first ever line of adjustable metals, the Anser Driver and Fairway Woods.  The golf shop is taking appointments for fittings every half hour.  Call the shop today to book your personalized fitting slot. 

 

 

Coming Soon: New Ping Woods Released, Anser & Serene

 

Ping has released two new lines of drivers and metal woods.  The new Anser line is performance engineered with the ability to adjust the loft of the clubhead plus or minus 1/2 degree prior to your round.  The body of the traditionally shaped 460cc head is centrifugally cast into a complex, variable-thickness geometry from Ti 8-1-1, a light, low-density alloy, which yields extra weight that is redistributed to increase MOI on both axes.  This increase in MOI provides more stability on off-center hits and allows you to hit more fairways even on your less than perfect swings.

 

The Serene line features a center of gravity position that is lower and farther back to help generate a high launch and low spin trajectory that increases carry distance and roll out. An expanded clubface made of Ti 6-4 inspires confidence and produces a big increase in MOI to maintain distance and accuracy on mis-hits.
