Thank you to all those who attended the annual Rules of Golf "Kickoff" Clinic on Wednesday night. Kirby Martin, Director of Competitions for the Golf Association of Philadelphia gave great insight into the new rules changes for 2016 which included insight into Rule 14.1b, which prevents a player from Anchoring the Club.
